At the entrance to the Queen Mary, stay to the far right of the parking ticket taker for the Queen Mary; this lane is the entrance to the Long Beach Cruise terminal.

Take I-5 north.

Helpful Arrival Tips
As you enter the cruise terminal area, have your cruise ticket ready to display. This area is restricted to ticket holders only and vehicles dropping off passengers must provide proof of a ticket-holder.
For passenger safety, security and convenience please proceed directly to the cruise terminal to drop off passengers and baggage.
Porters will assist with your baggage and parking personnel will direct drivers to the appropriate parking facility.
Passenger and luggage drop off is available in front of the terminal or in the parking facility.

Travel Time: 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from the Melbourne Airport.

From Interstate 10 East or West to New Orleans
Exit at US 90 West (Exit 234-A)
Exit US 90 West at Tchoupitoulas (Exit 11-C). This will be the last exit before crossing the Mississippi River on the Crescent City Connection Bridge
Follow down the ramp to ground level and turn right at the second stop light onto Tchoupitoulas Street.
Turn left at the next stop light on Henderson Street and proceed for two blocks.
Turn left onto Port of New Orleans Place after crossing the railroad tracks
The Erato Street Cruise Terminal is located just past the bridge pier and the Julia Street Cruise Terminal
Note: Do not try to access the cruise terminal from the entrances to Port of New Orleans Place at Julia Street or Poydras Street.

The Erato Street Parking Garage is located on top of the terminal. The entrance is a circular ramp that you will see as you approach the building.

On the first floor of the garage (3rd floor of the terminal building), you will be directed  to the offloading area. SeaCaps will take your checked luggage and deliver them to the ship.

Oversized vehicles or those that take up more than one space may use the Poydras Street Parking Lot which is next to the Julia Street Cruise Terminal. Use same driving directions. 
Offload all luggage and passengers at the Erato Street Cruise Terminal. The driver should proceed past the Erato and Julia terminals and turn right at the Poydras Street Parking Lot.  
The outdoor lot has 75 spaces and is secure, lighted and patrolled.
A shuttle is available back to the Erato Street Cruise Terminal.

Luggage must be unloaded at the cruise terminal curbside prior to parking; the shuttles do not handle luggage during embarkation.

Debarkation:
Return directly to Parking Lots A and B to retrieve car without luggage and then pick up the guests and luggage at the terminal curbside.
Depart the terminal on luggage-capable shuttles; there will be a short to moderate wait time. Note: This is only provided in parking lots where luggage drop-off is indicated on the parking lot sign.

The Cruise Ship Passenger Terminal is located in downtown Charleston in the heart of the historic district. It is easily reached via several major routes into the City. The major routes into Charleston are via Interstate 26, Highway 17-South, Highway 17-North and I-526.

There are permanent highway signs posted along the travel route that will help direct you to Union Pier and the cruise ship facilities. Some signs are the standard green highway signs posted along major routes and exit ramps. Others are smaller sized brown signs with the international cruise ship symbol and arrows showing the direction to travel in the downtown area. Please note there are yellow A-frame signs also referred to in the directions. Those yellow A-frame signs are temporary units displayed at approximately 11:00am on embarkation days.

Union Pier Entry Gate #2 is at the intersection of Concord and Laurens and is designated as the entry point for all general cruise traffic.
Union Pier Main Gate is at 32 Washington Street and is designated as the entry point for taxis, hotel limos/vans and charter bus groups only.

Coming into Charleston via I-26 East

Once you are in the Charleston area
Take Exit 219 – B (Morrison Drive and East Bay Street)
Turn left at the foot of the exit ramp
Cross over King Street, then cross over Meeting Street

The street name will change from Morrison Drive to East Bay Street after you go under an overpass

A complimentary shuttle bus is provided between the vehicle storage areas and the Passenger Terminal on both departure and return dates of the cruise. The shuttles provide a comfortable way to arrive at the check-in location and return to the vehicle storage areas at the end of the cruise. Shuttles accessible for special needs and wheelchair assistance are also available.
Vehicle storage is available on port property, in a controlled access area available to cruise passengers – not the general public
The site is secured and patrolled by the Port Police during the cruise

What to expect for security at Port Everglades
To gain access into Port Everglades, guests must present a cruise ticket or similar, letterhead or document stating “Pier Pickup” along with a government issued photo I.D; The guest must also be able to state the name of the cruise line and the name of the cruise ship they are expected to board.

Private drop-off who have ticketed cruise guests in the car will be allowed in with a government issued photo I.D and the guest presenting their cruise ticket; the guest must be able to state the name of the cruise line and the name of the cruise ship they are expected to board. Upon returning to pick-up the guest at debarkation, the driver must present a government issued photo I.D and must be able to state the guest’s name, the cruise line and the cruise ship name.

Picking up Returning Passengers
Cruise terminal gates open at 8:30am for passenger pick-up.
Passengers will not be permitted to exit the vessel until all federal inspection services are complete and the vessel is cleared by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. This process takes approximately two (2) to three (3) hours after the cruise vessel arrives.
Taxi, Limo and Sedan services should proceed to the passenger building to pick up their passengers in the designated Limo/Shuttle line. Upon exiting the passenger building, passengers will be directed to this area. No shuttle service is required.
Family and friends picking up passengers will be directed to the ‘Pick Up’ Lot where they will wait.

Embarking/Disembarking Information
Embarking: Passengers arrive at the street level of the pier where their cruise vessel is berthed. Signs identifying the vessel are posted on pillars nearest the proper berth. Access the Customs Hall by using either of the two passenger elevators at the head of each pier or use the escalator on the south side of the entrance area. Baggage will be received by porters and moved to the vessel.
Luggage Drop Off: Passengers arriving by private car should first park and then drop off luggage on the second level for check-in. Passengers requiring parking are unable to drop off bags and then park without exiting the terminal.
Parking: Parking is conveniently located above each of the piers. Drive up the Viaduct Ramp at 55th Street to the receiving area adjacent to the cruise vessel’s berth. Passengers parking a car must enter the terminal and park prior to bringing in bags to the second level for check-in.
Disembarking: Upon returning from the cruise, passengers will be directed to the baggage hall where baggage will have been positioned by porters. After retrieving your bags, proceed past the customs inspector for customs declaration. You may be assisted by a porter according to your preference. Returning passengers will be directed to awaiting coaches, taxis/limousines and car parking.
Luggage Storage: There are no storage lockers for luggage at the terminal for passengers.

From the South (north on I-93)

Take I-93 north to Boston.
Take Exit #20 (I-90 Logan Airport Worcester/South Station).
Follow signs to South Boston.
Turn slight right onto Congress Street.
Turn right onto D Street.
Turn left onto Summer Street.
Turn left onto Drydock Avenue into the Boston Marine Industrial Park.
Ahead on your right you will see the cruise terminal.

Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike/I-90 East toward Logan Airport.

Stay in the left lane as you exit the tunnel and turn right onto Congress Street.

Dropping off Passengers

If you are dropping off passengers at Black Falcon Cruise Terminal, drive to the end of Drydock Avenue and turn right onto Black Falcon Avenue. Continue until you reach a stop sign, at which point Port Officers will direct you on passenger drop-off.

Picking up Arriving Passengers

Cell Phone Lot - Cruiseport Boston's cell phone waiting lot is located a quarter-mile from Black Falcon Cruise Terminal at 22 Fid Kennedy Avenue just east of the intersection with Tide Street. The lot is open whenever cruises arrive home to Boston's port for the convenience of disembarking passengers and those picking up at the terminal. The route from the cell phone lot to the terminal is well marked. Tell your party to call you as they exit the ship - the cell phone lot is only minutes away.

Directions to the Port:

I-595 is an East/West Interstate with connections to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, U.S. 1, State Road 7 (441), I-75 and the Sawgrass Expressway.
Take I-595 East straight into Port Everglades.
Once in Port Everglades, I-595 becomes Eller Drive.
You will approach a sign with instructions that will direct you to the ship's assigned terminal.
At traffic light, proceed straight and the entrance to the Midport Parking Garage will be located on the left side of the street.
